Custom Rug FAQs
Custom rug pricing depends on carpet choice, size, and edge finishing. Generally, custom rugs cost $5-$25 per square foot including binding. A 9x12 rug might cost $500-$2,500 depending on carpet selection. We provide exact quotes based on your specifications.
Most custom rugs are ready within 1-2 weeks. Turnaround depends on carpet availability and rug complexity. Rush orders may be available for an additional charge—just ask when ordering.
Yes! If you have leftover carpet from a previous installation, we can bind it into an area rug. Bring your remnant to our Castle Rock location for measurement and binding options.
For living rooms, the rug should be large enough for at least the front legs of all furniture to rest on it—or large enough for all furniture. Dining rugs should extend 24-30 inches beyond the table on all sides. We help determine optimal sizing during consultation.
If your carpet is a current product, we can likely create matching rugs. Bring a sample or tell us the carpet name and color for availability. For discontinued carpets, we can find close matches or complementary options.
